Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Health Assessments: Evaluate children’s growth and development through regular check-ups and physical examinations to ensure they are healthy and thriving.
- Diagnose and Treat Illnesses: Identify medical conditions in children and provide appropriate treatment or refer them to specialists when necessary to ensure their proper care.
- Guide Parents: Offer advice to parents on child nutrition, hygiene, and development, helping them understand how to foster a healthy environment for their children.
- Administer Vaccinations: Ensure that children receive necessary vaccinations on schedule to protect them from communicable diseases as per healthcare guidelines.
- Maintain Medical Records: Accurately document patient information in medical records, ensuring all data is up to date and accessible for ongoing care.
