Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical exams and medical history reviews, to identify cardiovascular issues.
2. Diagnostic Testing: Order and interpret tests such as ECGs, stress tests, and echocardiograms to aid in accurate diagnosis.
3. Treatment Planning: Develop and implement treatment plans that may include medication management, lifestyle changes, or referring patients for other necessary interventions.
4. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about heart health, treatment options, and prevention strategies to improve overall cardiovascular health.
5. Collaboration: Work with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, including consulting with primary care physicians and other specialists as needed.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should possess a Doctorate/PhD in medicine, specializing in cardiology. A passion for patient care and strong communication skills are essential for building trust and understanding with patients.
